Customers with an active Rapid Launch Content Maintenance Agreement may request for the existing Rapid Launch content to be updated under the terms of the agreement.
A request for content maintenance should be raised with your DNASTREAM Account Manager or alternatively, you may raise a ticket on the DNASTREAM support portal or using the email address email@example.com.
When raising a ticket to request content maintenance, please ensure the following information is included:
- Your contact details
- Details of the required content maintenance (in the ticket description)
