Customers with an active Rapid Launch Content Maintenance Agreement may request for the existing Rapid Launch content to be updated under the terms of the agreement.
A request for content maintenance should be raised with your DNASTREAM Account Manager or alternatively, you may raise a ticket via our website (www.dnastream.com/support), via the DNASTREAM support portal or by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
When raising a ticket to request content maintenance, please ensure the following information is included:
- Your name and contact details
- Brief details of the required content maintenance (in the ticket description)
Someone from our team will pass your request to the relevant DNASTREAM Account Manager who will contact you to discuss your requirement
