DNASTREAM Support offer the following standard support channels:
- Web via the DNASTREAM support portal, accessible via a link from the DNASTREAM website or from directly within an application
- Email via the email address email@example.com
Telephone support is not provided as standard except under exceptional cirumstances, for example during an application go live or upgrade. For Urgent priority support requests, DNASTREAM Support may instigate telephone support to facilitate resolution and communication with the customer.
