DNASTREAM support offer the following standard support channels:

  • DNASTREAM website: via the support widget on the support webpage www.dnastream.com/support
  • DNASTREAM web support portal: via the DNASTREAM support portal, accessible via a link from the DNASTREAM website or from directly within an application where available
  • Email via the email address support@dnastream.com 


Telephone support is not provided as standard except under exceptional circumstances, for example during an application go live or upgrade. For Urgent priority support requests, DNASTREAM support may elect to put in place telephone support for a limited period to facilitate resolution and communication with the customer.
