If you forget your password for the Rapid Launch LMS Portal, you can request a password reset using the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You will be presented with a further page where you will need to enter your registered email address, enter the verification code provided and click on "Send Password". An email will be sent to you with a link to allow a new password to be set. Please allow up to 20 minutes for the password reset email to be received.
Please note that if your account is locked due to multiple unsuccessful login attempts, you will need to request your local company administrator to unlock it before being able to login. Your local administrator is also able to reset your password if you are having difficulties. Please refer to guidance provided on the login page about how to contact your local company administrator or, if you are unable to locate your local administrator, raise a support ticket using your local support email address if this is stated on the login page.
